The Proposal
Derek proposed to me the night before we left for America on holidays, where I was actually going to propose in Disney world in Orlando. Neither of us knowing that we were going to propose to each other, Derek also wanting to propose in Disneyland, was afraid it wouldn’t go as he had planned and decided to do it before we left. He involved our two dogs by buying and personalising two bandanas for them, one reading ‘Will You’ with the other reading ‘Marry Daddy?’ There was also a balloon asking me to marry him with Mickey Mouse ears on it personalised for the perfect proposal.

We chose Osprey as we had heard such good things about it. The reviews we heard definitely didn’t disappoint. The hotel staff from reception, waitresses, from our weddding event planner Catherine and manager Martina, went above and beyond and were there at every beck and call for anything we needed. We absolutely couldn’t fault them in anyway. The food was amazing. We would highly recommend the Osprey to anybody.
The Big Day & Beyond
We had the best day from the minute we woke up, the breakfast, prep for the day with both our families. We have memories we will cherish forever.The night before both sides of our families came up to the hotel and we had dinner and drinks in the bar and had the laugh and chats which was needed for calming the nerves.
