We are dedicated to providing a warm welcome, comfort, dignity, and ease of access throughout their stay. Our goal is to anticipate needs and remove barriers, physical or otherwise, for guests with disabilities or limited mobility offering universal access for all.

We recognise the importance of making our facilities, services information and employment accessible.

Parking

The Hotel has dedicated 4 Wheelchair Accessible Parking Bays outside the main hotel entrance with level access leading to reception. And further 6 accessibility parking in the underground carpark with elevator leading to our reception.
