Start your day off with a hearty and wholesome breakfast from our cooked or continental breakfast menus. We offer a variety of breakfast items for you to choose from, whether you prefer a warm bowl of organic porridge or a traditional full Irish breakfast. All of the meat we serve is locally sourced, wherever possible. If you want to spoil yourself, we recommend the pancake stack. The fluffy made-to-order pancakes are served with sweet maple syrup balanced with salty bacon and the chef has a real knack for getting the bacon just the right level of crispy.
For a decadent treat at lunchtime, treat yourself to our wonderful afternoon tea. We serve a traditional afternoon tea with both sweet and savoury plates. The savoury plate contains delicious fresh sandwiches, wraps and pate while the sweet plate contains scones, various cakes and the ultimate treat, French-inspired macaroons. Afternoon tea is served with your choice of traditional or fruit and herbal teas but for a real treat, you can add one of our signature cocktails.

Our chef has perfected the dinner menu and added his own signature dash creativity to each dish. Whether you prefer a beef, seafood or a vegetarian dinner, we can cater for you. We recommend the Slow Cooked Featherblade of Irish Beef. This excellent cut of meat is cooked to perfection and served with sauce béarnaise, red onion jam, carrot and celeriac. We are proud to say that all of our sauces and soups are gluten-free and we can cater for any other dietary requirement if you let your server know.
It’s not exactly a meal in itself but we feel dessert deserves its own special mention. Our dessert menu caters for all tastes and the chef has ensured that all of the flavours in each dish are balanced and delicious. If you are chocolate-lover – and who isn’t!- you’ll be tempted by our chocolate fondant served with Valrhona chocolate ice-cream with a cherry on top. If you have a more traditional taste you could go for our selection of ice-cream and sorbets, they are perfectly refreshing!
