Your Wedding Questions

We have a one wedding per day policy at Osprey Hotel to ensure your day is special to you.

We can cater for a capacity of 250 people for a large wedding party

Yes, we can cater for smaller, more intimate weddings in our restaurant and the evening celebrations in our Waldorf Lounge.

We do not organise suppliers for you, however we do have a recommended suppliers list which we are happy to share with our wedding couples.

All our wedding packages include a late bar extension and differs depending on the day of the week

Yes- we offer reduced rates to wedding guests, a set amount of rooms are block booked for your guests.

Yes, we offer the Penthouse and 2 Juniors Suites  complimentary

21 guestrooms are held for wedding guests, including 3 complimentary rooms, (Penthouse and 2 Junior Suites).

Any rooms not required by your guests, will be released for sale, 6 weeks in advance of your wedding.

A dedicated Banqueting Manager and team will look after you and your guests on your wedding day.

Yes, we have two Penthouse Suites to choose from at Osprey Hotel.

Yes, we have a private, beautifully landscaped courtyard that can be set for an outdoor wedding ceremony..... weather dependent!

Yes – there is wheelchair access throughout the Osprey Hotel.

Exact times will be arranged to suit your day as every couple is different and we work around your wishes. Music can play until 2am.

The Residents Bar closes at 3am.

Yes, indoor photos can be taken in our Penthouse Suite, Ballroom or lobby staircase.

Yes, we provide a table plan but you are welcome to supply your own if you wish.

Yes, centrepieces are provided and we have different options to choose from. However, you are welcome to supply your own or add your own decorative touches on the day!

We have a range of day 2 wedding options, from fine dining to a more casual BBQ or hot fork buffet the choice is yours.

A wedding deposit of €1,500.00 is required to secure your date at Osprey Hotel.

All dietary requirements are catered for on the day and we are always prepared for some surprise ones too!

A children’s menu can be provided or half portion of the adult wedding meal is also available.

The Banqueting Manager will liaise with the Best man/woman on the day and be on hand to assist with speeches and all other queries.

Up to 12 guests can be seated per table.
