Payment Terms

Hotel Bedrooms: Non Arrival Fee or Late Cancellation Fee

If you have not cancelled your reservation within the required cancellation window, your credit card will be subject to a charge of the first night’s accommodation for each room booked plus any other pre-booked services you have reserved. (dinner, spa, upgrades, etc.). Please refer to your confirmation email for the cancellation notice period.

Hotel Bedrooms: Advance Purchase & Prepaid Rates

For all Advance Purchase and Prepaid Rate reservations, the room rate for the full duration of the stay and any pre-booked amenities (e.g. champagne on arrival, meals, upgrades, treatments, etc.) is charged in full at time of reservation. If you cancel for any reason, modify this reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is non-refundable.

Hotel Bedrooms: Leisure Group Bookings

For group reservations of 5 or more rooms a separate cancellation policy applies, please contact the hotel directly or refer to your contract with the hotel.

Conferences & Meetings

All room hire and amenities booked must be paid 7 days prior to arrival. Customer can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival

Events

Parties/events up to 30 people: A deposit for €200 is required at time of booking

Parties/events 31 people and over: 25% deposit required at time of booking.

Bedroom bookings linked to an event also have sperate cancellation, terms and conditions that apply.

Weddings

A wedding deposit for €1500 is required on wedding bookings. A final balance of estimated charge for the event (less the deposit prepaid) is due in full one month prior to the wedding.

Osprey Leisure

Osprey Leisure reserves the right to charge 20% non-refundable payment from the total price of the booking when making the booking, the final balance will be due 1 week before the classes commence. We require a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in 100% cancellation fee being charged to your card.

Osprey Spa: bookings

Osprey Spa reserves the right to charge 20% non-refundable payment from the total price of the booking when making the reservation for treatments booked for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The final balance can be paid once the service is delivered or completed. For treatments booked Monday to Thursday a €5 fee charge will apply, and balance can be paid on the day the service is delivered.

Osprey Spa: Cancellation & No Show charges

We require a minimum of 72hrs notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel within the required time frame will result in 100% cancellation fee being charged to your card. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to cancel or amend a booking.

If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), 100% cancellation charge will be applied. The charges will be made automatically without notification.
