Race back to The Osprey as Racing Season kicks off in Kildare! Just on The Osprey Hotel's doorstep we have the best racing in Ireland with something for everyone. We have Curragh Racecourse, Punchestown and not to forget Naas. Whether it’s a flutter you’re after, a day out with the kids or get dolled up and have a day out with friends, racing has it all.
The Cheltenham race festival is over for another year and there many Irish winners in the fold! The Curragh Racecourse kicked off their racing season on the 20th of March and that was just the start with a packed lined up of race meetings for this season. The next meeting is on the 3rd of April and this is just the start of a packed racing season at The Curragh that will take us up to the 10th of October. Naas have their next meeting on the 25th of April with family fun days planned throughout the summer along with their summer BBQ evenings.
Just around the corner starting Tuesday the 26th of April is the Punchestown Festival this is a weeklong meeting ending on Saturday. There is a Family Day scheduled during the week so there is something for everyone throughout the week, get dressed up and soak up the atmosphere. We at The Osprey Hotel + Spa have bus transfers each day to and from the race course, live music every night and food served until late. So race back to The Osprey on Friday the 29th of April as The Osprey is the place to be as we have a great line up with a live band in our ballroom, DJ in the bar, food served until late and lots more.
