You are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to enable you to enjoy the full use of our spa facilities. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time.
Leisure Facilities include; male and female changing rooms, family changing room, swimming pool, Thermal Suite - sauna, steam room, salt grotto, ice room, lifestyle showers, heated loungers and oasis room.
We wish to advise that spa treatments, Full Day and Half Day packages are available for all guests. To ensure your preferred time and treatments are available we recommend advanced booking.

Out of courtesy to other guests we request that visitors keep noise level to a minimum and do not use mobile phones within the Spa. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the spa and leisure club. For your comfort we provide you with a locker, luxurious robe, towels and slippers. A bathing suit is required if you wish to use our thermal spa facilities. Swimming hats must be worn at all times in the swimming pool. Bathing suits and swimming hats are available to purchase at Spa reception.
The minimum age requirement for access into the Spa and to experience treatments is 16 years.
All visitors are provided with lockers for their use, we ask that you do not wear jewellery during treatments and use the lockers provided. Management accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items at Osprey Spa.
Please advise us of any health condition, allergies or injuries which could affect your treatment when making your spa booking.
We have specially designed treatments and packages for pregnant and nursing mothers, please advise our spa team if you are pregnant so we can guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable to you during this special time.
Individual Client: If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required or you will be charged the full price of your treatment(s). Group bookings: (5 or more people) will need to give 5 days notice to avoid incurring a 50% cancellation charge. Treatments booked within the 48 hours are subject to our full cancellation policies.
Gift vouchers are available for any Spa Treatment, ritual, full day and half day packages and products. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reissued or redeemed. Gift vouchers are nonrefundable and must be presented at time of treatment or purchase.
To continue your Spa regime and experience our products at home, all products used within your treatment are available to purchase at our Spa reception.
