“Just a quick email to say we stayed at your hotel for a night in February. We have two children and both have been very unwell for the past couple of months and we had bought vouchers as xmas presents for ourselves and two other couples. From the minute we arrived the service and manner of all the staff we came in contact with was second to none. The chamber maids on the landings and floors made it their business to say hello and wished us a good day, bar staff were extremely attentive as were the reception staff. Of particular note we would like to complement the staff in the health spa, they were the most helpful people we have ever experienced in any of the hotels we have been to and we have stayed in hotels in all parts of the world.

We dined in Mash restaurant on Friday night and again both the food and service was faultless. I hope to return to your hotel in the near future with my kids for a longer stay.

In this day and age with all the hotels deals available there is one thing for sure, the Osprey Hotel and its staff appear to be one step ahead of the competition.

Please keep up the good work, you made our stay a memorable one and for that thank you.”

Please also convey our thanks to Sharon of your office. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you. Nothing was too much trouble. Whatever we asked for we got.

I would very much appreciate if you could pass on our sincere thanks to Gavin - who was the Duty Manager on the night. Gavin seemed to anticipate my needs before I ever had to vocalise them. He is a tremendous asset to the Hotel and I am sure has a great career ahead of him in the hospitality industry. All in all Lorraine our experience with the Osprey Hotel as a venue (the room was spectacular) and in dealing with the different staff members was an exceptionally positive one and one we envisage repeating."

"My husband and I and our five year old son are members of life: health and leisure. When we decided to join a gym last April we looked at all in the Naas area but decided on The Osprey for the following reasons:

• We liked the facilities and layout.
• We liked the pool and as my husband is a big swimmer this was very important.
• We wanted our son to be involved and the kids club is great for that.
• The family changing rooms are great.
• The girl who initially showed us around (Anna) was lovely and very helpful and any of the staff we came in contact with that day were very friendly which impressed us.

We have been members now since May 2010 and really enjoy it. I go to the gym about four times a week and love the sauna after a workout and my husband swims about four times a week. Our son loves the kids club on Sunday morning.

The facilities and staff in Life are excellent. From the reception to the changing rooms to the gym and the pool. No matter what time of the day or night you come or go you will always get a smile from the person on reception. The instructors in the gym are fantastic, it's never a problem to stop one of them to ask a question and there's a great atmosphere up there. Well done to all."

"Everything in the hotel went brilliantly, thank you so much. We really appreciated the little touches like the red carpet on arrival and the choc strawberries and the food was lovely also. "I recently got married in the Osprey Hotel and Spa. I have to say everything was perfect and all the staff were lovely and friendly and really helped to make our day as beautiful and special as it was. I would like to give a big thank you to Sarah Jane who was our wedding coordinator to begin with, and also a special thanks to Lorraine Willoughby who then took over, both girls were very helpful to me even though I constantly bombarded them with questions, so thanks again. Also I would like to give a big thank you to Anthony who also helped us in making our day that bit extra special, he could not have done more for us. Also I would like to say the food was absolutely gorgeous, so a big thank you to the chef, some people even though they were stuffed still had seconds that's how nice it was.

I would highly recommend the Osprey Hotel and Spa for anyone who is thinking of getting married, as for me it ticked all the boxes. I loved the way the bar and toilets were all in the same room so after the meal when the tables were being re-arranged, everyone was still in the same room and all together.

So thanks again to all at the Osprey Hotel and Spa who helped to make our day as beautiful and special as it was."
